Que Sirah Syrah (or QSS) is Chuck’s 2nd Petite Sirah and Syrah blend. The Petite Sirah contributes dark fruit flavors of plum and currant, inky color and firm tannins. Syrah adds the bright berry flavors of cherry and blackberry. Suggested pairings: Italian food, BBQ or beef ragu.
